In 1999, I weighed less than 100lbs. My physical development was stunted from a perplexing childhood illness. I set out to learn how I could make up for a lifetime of poor health. I took classes, read medical journals, tried different diets and exercises until I put the pieces together.
The program I have now is the culmination of years of hard work and results. I've traveled the world teaching, and learning the most effective and innovative training methods.
My style and exercises are not what people expect gym training to look like. It looks more like playing; catching, throwing, jumping.
When you train the body the way it was designed to move, the results look natural. The combination of equipment and exercises that I use, you will only see with world class trainers.

I help people with many types of injuries: strains, sprains, fractures, and conditions such as arthritis.
Many people with aches and pains have no idea that simple exercises and stretches could alleviate the pain.
Once cleared by your physician for exercise, it's important to start strengthening all the muscles around an injured weakened area. This is a critical time for your body.
By strengthening the surrounding area you will regain mobility and flexibility that will pull your body back into its proper alignment.
