At Solid Body Fitness, we believe in training the body the way it was designed to move, using natural motions, such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching, along with traditional training equipment, to achieve the most effective workout possible. The Staff
Jason Zagami
Founder / Strength and Conditioning Coach

Nominated as one of Boston's Top Trainers by Exercise TV, Jason Zagami is a nationally certified personal trainer whose unique approach to fitness has helped clients of all ages achieve their goals. Jay specializes in the treatment of injuries, employing therapeutic techniques he learned from working side by side with some of the area's top physical therapists.
His primary focus is training Endurance Athletes. He has trained many athletes that compete Nationaly and Internationaly in Endurance Sports ranging from Cross Country Sking, to Indoor Rowing, Running, and Triathlons.
Jay has studied mixed martial arts, focusing on Brazilian Ju Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing, and has also trained in Israel with the Israeli Special Forces.
He works closely with Concept2, training athletes for the World Indoor Rowing Championships, and the World Ski Sprints.

Danielle Vlahos
Head Trainer and Kids Program Instructor

Danielle competed as a level 4 advanced compulsory gymnasts. She ran the Boston Marathon, Martha Vineyards 18 miler, Iron Girl challenge, B.A.A half Marathon, and Tough Mudder Challenge.

Cathy Daley
Personal Trainer

Cathy focuses much of her time and energy working to increase her perfomance running middle and long disstance.
She became CrossFit certified in 2011 and is curently training to compete in the 2012 CrossFit Games.

Competes locally in road races 5K to Half Marathons
Annie Taverna
Weight Loss Expert

Annie has over 3 years experience as a trainer and fitness compeditor.
She has a degree in Comprehensive Nutrition.
Since 2008 she has competed Nationally through the Fitness America Federation.
