At Solid Body Fitness, we believe in training the body the way it was designed to move, using natural motions, such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching, along with traditional training equipment, to achieve the most effective workout possible. Jason Zagami
Founder / Strength and Conditioning Coach

Nominated as one of Boston's Top Trainers by Exercise TV, Jason Zagami is a nationally certified personal trainer whose unique approach to fitness has helped clients of all ages achieve their goals. Jay specializes in the treatment of injuries, employing therapeutic techniques he learned from working side by side with some
of the area's top physical therapists. He also specializes in weight loss, and his innovative training methods make every workout an effective, motivating experience.
Jay has studied mixed martial arts, focusing on Brazilian Ju Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing, and has also trained in Israel with the Israeli Special Forces. His professional career has also included training in Salt Lake City at the famous Gym Jones, where top professional athletes and the actors in the movie 300 have trained.
Daniela Bitto
Strength and Conditioning Coach

Daniela holds a B.S. in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science. She has been certified through the National Council of Strength and Fitness for four years.
Daniela is an experienced runner. Her most recent accomplishments include participating in the 2009 Boston and Chicago Marathons.
Heather Phalan
Running Coach and Group Class Instructor

Heather holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State College.
Heather is a seasoned athlete who has competes in the Boston and Chicago Marathons. She has also completed several Half Marathons, and 2 Sprint Triathlons.

Doug Mola
Strength Coach and Sports Injury Massage Therapist

Doug holds a B.S. in Physical Education with an Athlete Training Concentration highlighted by the 1997 Student Athletic Trainer of the Year Award.
Doug has also interned with the New England Patriots Strength and Conditioning faculty and traveled with the team.
He is Massage Certified from the Dove Star Institute for Holistic Technology. Doug specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Injury Massage.
