It's time to play games!


It’s time to get motivated, stay focused and have the body you’ve always wanted. 

Our half hour class is fast and fun!  With us you can achieve your personal health and fitness goals and experience a renewed sense of self confidence. 

All of the workouts are designed for both men and women of all ages and abilities and can be modified for individuals with past or existing injuries. Our boot camp is a dynamic, total body fitness program that incorporates cardio, endurance and strength training.

Classes run:
Mondays and Wednesdays 7:15 pm to 7:45 pm
Saturdays 10:00 am

Every session is new and challenging. Boredom is never a problem with the mix of exercises this class provides. Your cardiovascular capacity, strength, endurance and flexibility will all benefit from this boot camp. All exercises are modified for beginners as well as advanced participants. Class will include but is not limited to resistance training, aerobics, kickboxing and yoga. Step up to the challenge today, you will be glad you did!

B.S. in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science

Turbo Kick Instructor Certified
Avid participant in "road race season", specifically 10K's and 5K's
