Personal Training: Training for Everyone

Unlimited Personal Training Session per week. If you need fast results, this is the program for you. Your membership includes an Individualized Diet Plan, Specialized Workouts tailored to your needs, and access to our other classes and offerings.

Group Fitness Classes: Small Group Personal Training

Lose weight with the motivational support of people like you

This is by far our most popular membership option. Get personal training in our small group class for as low as twenty five dollars a week. These 45 minute classes include Strength Training, Cardio Endurance Work, High Intensity Inverval Training, and a customized diet plan.

Group Fitness Class: Mornings and Evenings
